1. Read this Software License Agreement before using our software, hereinafter referred to as "Software".
If you disagree with the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Software on your computer.

2. By using this Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this License.
Your use of this Software acknowledges that you have read this License and understand it.

3. This Software, whether downloaded, on disk, or in any other storage format, is Licensed to you by Software For Today.
Software For Today retains full title, interest, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights to the Software.
This Software, including its text, graphics, and code is owned by Software For Today.
This Software is protected by United States copyright law and international treaties and must be treated in the same manner
as any other copyrighted material.

4. You may install and use the Software on each computer you purchase a license for.
The Software may not exist on an unlicensed computer.
You may make one copy of the Software for backup or archival purposes only.
The copy must be a complete copy of the original and must include all copyright information.
The copy may be used for archival purposes only and may not be used by any other person.
You may not give or transfer your license to any other person or entity.

5. You may not:
(a) modify, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or in any way attempt to discover the source code of this Software;
(b) sublicense, rent, lease, or loan this Software;
(c) distribute or create derivative works based upon this software in whole or part;
(d) reproduce or distribute any text or artistic works in whole or in part that are included in this Software;
(e) transmit this Software over a network, the Internet, or via any other transmission medium;
(f) remove any proprietary notices, labels, or product identification on this Software;
(g) use this Software for public exhibition.

6. You are responsible for complying with all trade regulations and laws.
You acknowledge that you will not export or transmit this Software to any country outside the United States.

7. Software For Today does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of this Software.
In no event shall Software For Today be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising
out of or relating to the use of this Software, even if Software For Today is advised of the possibility of damages.
Software For Today's total liability to you shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the Software.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, this limitation may not apply to you.

8. This License constitutes the entire Agreement between you and Software For Today and supersedes any and all prior agreements.
This License shall be automatically terminated if you fail to comply with any provision herein.
If any provision of this License is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary
to make it enforceable, and such reform shall not affect the enforceability of such provision under other circumstances
and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof under all circumstances.
